How do I book services through your online system?+
- Step 1) select your colour service
- Step 2) select preferred treatment if needed
- Step 3) select your finishing service/s (eg cut and style, wash and blow dry, dry off only)
- Step 4) select the date and time
What products do you use/stock?+
We use Lakme for all colouring, Evo, and olaplex as our back bar and retail range. We also stock Hot Tools Professional & Cloud Nine styling tools.
Can I book my wedding with Mane Haven?+
Yes you absolutely can. Please send through an email to contact@manehaven.com.au Or use our contact form with the below details : bridal party size, time you need to be ready by, venue of wedding, location you wish to get ready, any other information you can provide.
What is the best way to book an appointment?+
We recommend using our online booking system (book here) however if your unsure please send a text to the salon 0400475465 and one of our friendly team will assist you.
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?+
Although it isn’t a necessity we do ask you come with somewhat clean hair (2 days prior is fine) however please make sure any root sprays, salt water and chlorine are removed prior to colouring.
What do I do if I have a concern after my hair is done?+
Contact us, always! Our biggest goal is making sure YOU are happy, and if there is anything we can do to re-correct we want to know. (Please note any/all “redos” must be done within 7 days of the original service, so please let us know asap)
Where can I park?+
There is parking all around us. Directly opposite on Railway Grove you will find some all day and 4 hour parking, 2 hour out front on Ross Street, and all day behind the Library a short walking distance away. We recommend during holiday/peak seasons allowing extra time for parking.
I need to reschedule or cancel.+
We kindly ask you contact the team at 0400475465 with at least 48hours notice to ensure you don’t loose any deposits or are charged a cancellation/ late notice fee.
