Cancellations/ Rescheduling
Cancelling or rescheduling in under 48 hours will result in a loss of deposit (if held) and incur a cancellation fee. The fees are listed as below, and amount have to be made before any future appointments or services can be received.
48hours – 50% of services booked inc any deposits.
24 hours – 100% of services booked inc any deposits.
Confirmation Messages
We send your confirmation message 72 hours prior to your appointment.
We kindly ask you reply to this as promptly as possible.
No Shows
If you do not show to your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of the services booked before any forthcoming appointments can be received.
Late for your appointment?
We hold a grace period of 5 minutes. Anything over this can result in a reduction of services, or in some cases a loss of service and outstanding fee. Please note we run on a strict timing for our appointments.
If we are running late this will not effect the services provided.
