Shipping policy

We ship all of our products from our Mornington salon within 24 hours of making a purchase providing:

  • Order is made Mon – Fri (weekends & public holidays excluded) before 12:00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time); and
  • Products are in stock

While we strive to ensure accuracy, please note that we are unable to take responsibility for any incorrect information provided at checkout. It's essential to review your details carefully before finalising your order.

If an item is sent to an incorrect address due to user error, we are unable to oblige requests for re-sending the item to an alternate address at our expense. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

When it comes to the delivery of your order, we aim to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. Although orders generally take up to a maximum of 7 days for delivery, we always make an effort to get your order to you sooner, whenever feasible. However, please note that in the event of a delay in delivery, it does not constitute a failure of our agreement. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such situations.

While we take utmost care to ensure the safe delivery of your items, it's important to note that once the delivery has taken place, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur. We understand that incidents like theft, loss, or damage can be frustrating, but we kindly request your understanding that such occurrences fall outside our control.

We offer flat rate shipping via Australia Post on all orders Australia wide however at this stage, do not ship worldwide.

Shipping is subject to subject to Australia Post terms and conditions. To be eligible for next day delivery, you must order before 12:00pm, items must be in stock and your postcode must be eligible for Australia Post Next Day Delivery Guarantee. It is important to know that Australia Post does not deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.


How to check the status of your order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 0400 475 465 or via email with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
